Wilford Brimley's most important endorsement since "Oatmeal. The right thing to do, and a tasty way to do it." How'd that one work out?

Personally, I'd rather vote for oatmeal than John McCain.

Hilarious. I actually feel that the McCain endorsement throws Wilford Brimley's previous endorsement of oatmeal somewhat into question. I'm taking another look at bran muffins.

Although Brimley and McCain do share an important bond in that they are both 104 years old.

Haha, god I love that guy. My favorite Wilford memory (and perhaps unbeknownst to the man himself):

Don't underestimate the value of this endorsement. It all but assures that McCain gets grouchy man-walrus vote.

Don Hotdog's analysis is quite astute. With the grouchy man-walrus vote in his hip pocket, the crusty curmudgeon vote is all but assured. The campaign slogan should be "Get off my lawn (unless you're just putting up a McCain '08 sign)!!!"
